Personal Training Packages
There are many personal training packages available to meet your own individual needs, depending on your fitness goals. We offer 5, 10, 15 and 20 session packages. Packages come in either half hour or hour sessions. Your training plan will be personalized by your trainer in order to accomodate your fitness level and continue to be modified as you strengthen and improve. Meet Teddy Mercer, owner and head trainer at HD Fitness. Teddy has been involved in the fitness industry for over ten years. Previous to founding HD Fitness, he worked as the fitness manager and trainer at a global gym. Teddy has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast. His experience includes:
